At Desi Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your outfit doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is unworn and in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
